Where is the pinpoint spot on the 11" coil?

I only use pinpoint for the very deepest targets or for a quarter just under the grass. I just use " X marks the spot "

Not much of an answer to the OP's question.

I have noticed it being a little behind the center also, not sure it is as far back as the rod. I will check more closely.

Even when Xing using the pinpoint can help size the target when in doubt.

I have also noticed that the target center is just slightly in front of the rod attachment. I usually place a round quarter size bright orange sticker on top of my coil as a visual aid. When I first got the Deus I measured and placed the sticker in the center of the 11" coil.. However, I quickly
noticed that my pinpointed targets were consistently in the back of the hole or slightly missed all together. I moved my visual aid to just in front of the rod attachment and now my pinpointing is spot on.
