Where to buy a large coil balancing adapter?

I have seen someone post a picture of the 13x11 coil with an aftermarket adapter that someone machined out of plastic and it is designed to move the mounting point forward to help balance the weight of the larger coil. Does anyone know where I can find one stateside?
 
Currently the adapter is not available in the US . . . . and since the manufacturer is not a Findmall sponsor the website link can't be posted here . . . . . so to avoid issues that have arisen in the past, let's refrain from posting links offsite or providing that via the Members Messaging (please note that the work Private is not in this function) . . . . . these are simply the Guvner's rules and as it is his forum, please avoid an issue by bending / breaking them . . . . . .
