WHERE'S MY BOOK??

widebody

New member
welllll, got my explorer today. got it together and ready to find all those missed treasures. now where 's my andy sabich book. the one i was told was gunna be in the box with my detector? i'd call new england for the forth time but i'm getting the idea i'm being dodged now that the sale is over. hopefully that's not the case. i hope it's an honest reason behind it. the book don't cost much but a deal is a deal. i was told it would be in there and it ain't. me and my cash don't seperate quietly. i quess i'll try again. it's only 9:00 p.m. where they are. this machine is looking real nice. went together fast and simple. turn it on and it works.
tomorrow weather willing and i take her out for a walk. the start of a long relationship. :cheekkiss::lol:

well the poor guy says he's at a wedding. says the book comes signed from the author. that's cool. confirmed he's waiting on lower rods also.
things looking up.i really really want to be a very happy minelab owner. has anyone checked goodwill for rods?

Earl,

If it gives you any consolation, I have NEVER had a problem with any of the advertisers on FINDMALL and have found that each and every one that I have dealt with has gone out of their way to make sure that I had a great experience in dealing with them. Hang in there.

As for the Goodwill. Can't imagine that an Explorer, E-trac, Safari or any accessories would ever end up at GoodWill, I think that most Minelab detectorist prefer to be buried with their detectors and favorite coil when they die. Can't hurt to look though. Let us know how is works out.

Just kidding, but were all the other "free" accessories in the box and as stated......I'd be annoyed too....WTF cares if the book is signed by the author.....my find was in the darn book and I didn't even get a comp copy from the author...oh, well my (bought) copy of the book got wet and turned in an accordian :stars:

I don't want to say I told you so, but I told you so! Shoulda called Detector Depot! :clapping:

][size=largeRich (utah).to be fair i owe New England an apology for going off that way. i was being a jerk.i got a proper telling about it also from another forum member.it was wrrrrrrr not write.
as for goodwill. it would be almost like finding a valuble doc at a garage sale.and getting for a few bucks finding it's worth a million. stuff happens.will see. keep your eyes open.

I just bought 3 of Andy's books and each one of them is great and VERY useful. btw, the newer updated version of the Explorer book also covers the E-trac. Go get 'em at http://www.sabischbooks.com/index.htm. I read the original that came with my Exp II and it is definitely worth getting your hands on.

Just do it...and he signed all of mine,,,,my preciouses...:)

cheers...Keith

All the sponsors on the forum seem great so I'm sure they will get your book to you.

The book was thrown in as a bonus by New England Detectors. It's on it's way. comes from the author not the dealer
gotta say New England did very good on this deal.
