We all have our favorite 6" coils I guess Jimmy, and running with the 705, I prefer the 6" concentric in 7.5khz, due to being the deepest of the three, it separates just as well as the DD's, and seems to handle a higher sensitivity setting than the DD's.
And picks up less emi. The VID and Tone seem be more spot-on with that coil too, and it loves hitting coins on edge at depth.

I like my 6" Digger, but to be honest I've been using the 10.5 DD a lot. Sometimes I think it works as well or better and I hunt extremely trash infested sites.
Money could be a consideration, the
Minelab 6 inchers are usually cheaper than Coiltek.
I might get lined up against the wall and shot at for this but buy whatever frequency you can get. If the coil is over it, its going to be found. Lower freqs are supposed to be better for silver but tell that to the guy using a higher freq coil that has hundreds of silver coins and jewelry finds.

Taking into consideration your soil mineralization and hunting grounds....What ever coil you get, the more you use it, the more you will get out of it.
When you are using the same MD and coil exclusively, its hard to beat the experience and insight you learn from it. I feel off my game when I switch coils, I'm just too comfortable & confident with the HF DD Elliptical.

Everyone's situation is a little different but I feel that it's hard to beat the 6" Coiltek coil. We have 4 in my family and I've owed all of the 6" coils for a decent number of years.

With no disrespect to argyle, in my soil conditions the 6" concentric coil was my least favorite coil of the three and had nowhere near the depth of the other two 6" coils. I eventually sold mine and haven't missed it. I've dug some 8-10" targets with the Coiltek and that would have been unheard of with the concentric coil in my soil conditions. I haven't used the 6" HF coil as much since I bought the Coiltek but it's definitely my 2nd favorite 6" coil. For silver coins the Coiltek is noticeably hotter than the 6" HF Minelab and it's become my goto coil over the last few years. I've had a few nice gold jewelry finds with it although it might not be my first choice for gold.

Have fun!
