which coil to use

hi is the sunray x-8 coil a better coil than the minelab 8 inch coil. are there any differences. thank
 
From what I've seen the guys that use the x-8 do pretty good with it. I used one for a while and I felt pretty good with it but I pretty much try to fight my way through trash with the stock coil for the extra depht. Good luck Ken
 
I love my Sun Ray X-8. It is lighter and somewhat larger than the Minelab 8". I have never used the ML coil so I cannot say other than a friend had one and thought it was heavy compared to the SR.
