I had the BHID with the 9.5 coil.
Had to send it in to change to the 12 inch yellow
non floater.
Great machine especially the three led lights
that give you the choice to dig.
Before I go in the water with it I go to
soccer fields and practice pinpointing.
This gives you an idea by the lights what to dig
or not.
Machine is a tad heavy so I chest mounted mine
and only have the coil as weight.
Motion pinpointing also good to learn on the sand
beach or dry land.
Has found me gold rings.

I've got the BHID with the 9.5 coil. The coil is buoyant, but I guess I've gotten used to it.
I go very slow in all metal mode and dig everything. That seems to work good for me.
