Whites Does it again!!!

KOSS customer service may be BS! But Whites Rocks!!! As some of you know I had a problem with my Koss headphones. Sent them to Koss and they sent me back Headphones I couldnt use (no volume control). I was hacked to say the least. Just talked to Steve Howard at Sweet Home Factory he is sending me a brand new pair of headphones!!! That is what keeps me a customer Whites you rock. thanks Chris.
 
I had the same problem, I posted awhile back on this same rant and Whites had to take care of the problem, give whites some time. I think they will be making all their own headphones.you watch.
 
I got a pr Koss head phone that I need fix I tear the inline switch out. Who do you think would gave me the best service. Thanks Norman
 
they have to be a Whites dealer sold headphone with the Koss name on it such as the KW pro or the E-series 9000 if it is either of these I would send to Whites but call first, if it is just a Koss headphone then you will have to deal with Koss and I wish you alll the luck.
 
Whites has always been a pleasure to deal with for me!
