Hello,
Today my son and I went to Sweet Home to Whites factory. He had won the bid on e-bay for an older MXT.
It had a damaged screen cover and an extra coil had wires ripped out.
A nice lady named Mary greeted us and listened to our problem. She said that they could fix the screen but the coil was toast. maybe.
We wandered the museum and saw lots of old finds. She called us back and had new cover AND the coil was fixed!
Such great service has to be shared. Was maybe 30 min. total cost = $0.
We had to buy some extras after that.
I wish to state that Whites Electronics has the best customer help that I have ever seen.
