...are inseparable and that boils down to one thing...respect for their customers. I am truly amazed that a company, in this day and age, still goes the extra mile every time. I have definitely become a dedicated White's user for life and plan on supporting this great company for as long as I can walk and swing a coil. I'd think anyone who has dealt with them would feel exactly the same. Like me, many of us only have a general understanding of the technically sophisticated equipment we use in this craft. To have a manufacturer stand behind their product and assist you with ANY issue, without trying to gouge you for every penny, is worth it's weight in gold. I wonder if their hiring...? The 12 hour commute would be a killer but the benefits.....
