Whites service Department

I just wanted say how amazed I was with the whites service department. I sent my XLT in for a problem with the LCD screen (screen had lines through it). The unit arrived on 12/29/08 and shipped on 1/5/09. They replaced the screen for a minimal fee and for no extra charge they put a new front plastic assembly, lens, keypad and also replaced the corroded battery terminals and tightened the grounds. They also tested and inspected my XLT. I just can not say enough about what a great company this is to deal with.

My dealings with another big name detector company did not even come close to the the great service I had with Whites.

I too have had great results from White's. The price is reasonable and they never skimp on repairs. That saves sending the unit back to complete the repairs. Fast service too! No complaints here.
 
There attitude is,if there already in there,check it out completely. (They definitely act like they don't want to see your machine again!) Knew a guy who backed over the corner of his DFX and Whites still kept the repair affordable for him. (Wasn't perfect lookin' but worked like new.) There is one benefit about buying locally.Most dealers give you a loaner while your machine is in for service.
 
A few months ago my Bullseye 11 quite working.
I sent it back to Whites and a week later received a new one .Great service:thumbup:
 
Delawaredetecting, did you send it to the facility in Oregon for repair? Mine has lines running through my XLT display as well. Does anyone have experience with the factory authorized repair location facility Centreville electronics in Manassas, VA ?
