I sent in my Bulleye Pinpointer for service, due to the switch being busted. I was was expecting to pay for the repairs. But in the mail today I received a brand new Pinpointer as a replacement ! Just doesn't get any better than that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah whites is un believeable set in my spectrum xlt coil and it was bad,they replaced it free of charge also.

Whites sure knows how to treat its customers after the sale ought to cover it as for years they have been known for excellent service whether it be technical advice or a repair problem and customer service indeed has knowledge people and if they can't answer a question or give advice will connect you to someone who will..Guess thats why they have been around so long...

another plus to consider is the "quality" well built product!
whitey may only have a two year warranty,however i have hunted with their stuff for a long,long,time,and
NEVER had to send ANYTHING in for repair!..a testament to a quality well built product!
