Whites Upper Rod Question

Member
I understand that many different metal detectors are being modified with a aluminum or stainless upper rod with the handle mounted at an angle on the upper rod itself. Would someone point me to where I can get more info to purchase one please? Thanks.

I'm not sure if this is what you need. But I have purchased two of the Whites Divers Rods that I use now on my Whites PI and on my Fisher CZ-20. The Fisher took a bit of modification to the mounting bracket. Take a look at the Whites Accessories at the Whites site, it may be just what you are looking for.

White's sells a Hip Mount Kit that includes an upper rod with the handle attached. They had two different versions, one for the older Eagle detectors and a newer version to be used on the DFX. I've used the older version to make straight shafts for many of my Beach hunting detectors.
