who to call for permission

Paid a visit to this site not long ago and there are no no-trespassing signs and no information on ownership or who to contact for permission and it's out in the middle of nowhere. There is a neighbor as you can see if you check out google earth by but im hesitant to bang on the door...so what do you do? The place has allot of garbage from visitors so obviously this place is no secret.

Well it sounds to me that is being watched Concrete slabs of cells still remain. Voices can be heard late at night, along with screaming, and banging noises on metal. People have even complained of being chased.

True..and thats just from the metal detector hobbiest...not to mention ghost

I would try the local police dept. I go there when ever I'm not sure of vacant properties and they have been helpfull.
