Why are there no concentric coils for the T2?

Does anyone know why there are no concentric coils for the T2? I would really like to get a T2, but do not like using DD coils in the places I hunt.
 
The T2 was designed specifically for DD searchcoils. The F75 is fairly similar to the T2 but designed to work with either DD or concentric searchcoils.

I know that, but my question was WHY? Thanks
 
The question was "Why are there no concentric coils for the T2?" I can answer that one: it's because the people who make searchcoils take a look at the T2 circuit and chicken out. They make DD's for it. Never been any secret about it.

However if someone is wants to know why the T2 is designed the way it is, I do not customarily respond to questions of that nature.
