I have been a EX II user for the past 5 years and it is time to upgrade (if poss?)?....My machine (EX II ) has seen alot of use and is showing lots of wear/ few times back at factory. WHAT IS THE DIFFENCES BETWEEN THE X2 and the SE???

to name a couple.

If you are going to "upgrade" to an SE...make sure you try and get the SE pro because it has the new pro coil on it and it is a killer coil.

There are quite a few people including me....who feel the EX2 might actually handle iron better...but I love my SE.

Don't forget about the new Etrac too. I don't know much about it...but have heard it is a great machine.

I have a $1000+ backup SE, I bought new. I used it one season until I realized there was no getting around it, the EII works better. Left a really bad taste in my mouth. Had it back to ML too. I would suggest going for another EII if you can find a nice one.

If i were going to upgrade then the E trac would be a new challenge. Heck if we are talking explorer... lets not forget the XS. It one darn good machine. So what im saying are you looking for a change then go all the way and get the E trac otherwise you cant go wrong with any of the explorers. BF didnt you buy the SE not the SE pro and wasnt it when they first came out? I tell you my SE is a pretty darn good machine.... after i got the SEF. I wasnt that impressed with the stock coil.
