WOO HOO first Barber half

lerafe

Member
I had about 2hrs to burn while my son was at baseball practice. So I went back to were I found the wheatie spill and the 1903 IH.

I ended up with a 44 wheatie and a 1908 Barber half, my first one! There is a spot of dirt on the 8 making it look like a 3

It is pretty rough, the back is almost worn smooth, but I will still take it

Yessir, I would too! Nice finds.

Heck yeah! :clapping:
That's what it's all about!

Boy...when your luck turns, it doesn't mess around!

Thanks,
I hope my luck keeps up. But I will say part of it is learning the machine.

And this also goes back to that thing about a place "being hunted out"
Just hunt in the areas others have overlooked

Nice!
Still waiting for my first barber half!
A walker and 2 Franklins
while waiting though!

Congrats!

Nothing wrong with those coins.. If no one found that coin by now, you may be searching a nearly virgin site.
Keep pounding it hard!!!!

Really Nice!!!
