Woot! First silver!

Found a 1941 merc today at my local state park ( 3 miles away) :clapping: Dint know if it would ever happend but suddenly it did. Sorry for the no pic but i currently dont have a digital camera..Hope to put up some soon. Need to identify my fuel tanker i found recently as well. Its a shell fuel tanker but its only the hull of the truck with 2 spindels and rubber tires..It actually has a little yellow paint left on it and i know its been under the earth for quite some time. I have a old house or shanty rather on my property thas been collapesed for over 40 or 50 years. Just started workin it but the poison, ticks, and mosquitos are to tough to bear right now  I hope to work it hard this winter and find some nice coinage but may have to do some serious tractor work before then. The straw is sooo deep in places it sucks. Wish me luck! hh guys.

hi jf, congrats on your first silver. there's nothin' like pulling old coinage out the ground! it might be a good idea to knock down what's left of the old house for safety and aesthetic reasons. hh,
