ws-5 headphone question

getting my deus on friday my old one i had ws-4 and vance headphones with the new one i got ws-5 are these headphones any good …. or am i going to be kicking myself for not getting the ws-4 and derf. headphones..i have the ws-4 headphones but not the headphone control box… just wanted to try the ws5 i hope i didn't screw myself again you know i thought the ws5 where just like the 4's and the control box came off thinking i'd just get derf phones and have both but after looking i see the control box does not come off like the 4"s dang it.. u guys and gals who use the 5's are they ok …

I've had the WS5's, the WS4's with the Vance Muffs and right now the Rat MSA headphones with the WS4 module. Personally if I had my choice I'd go WS5. I liked the way they fit and the sound is great.Now, come a hot summer day having the WS4 backphones might be a good option. I have always preferred a full cupped set of phones to the buds or backphones. But then I've always been a functionality over comfort type person. I give up more comfort over better quality sound. The WS5's have the best of both IMO.

i find the ws4s snap at the folding joint as too fragile ,WS5s are stronger and a bigger display and dont slip down when working down on your knees

My vote also goes to the WS5 headphone setup,all the headphones produced ie WS4,WS5 and the very cheap wired headphones which i love using during the summer months,but always amazed how such a small and cheap to buy headphones produce such a high quality audio sound.
