General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

I know I can download a free copy of the manual online... but I want a copy to take into the field with me.

i called to buy a control box for my GT....sent me a new box free...
 
Thanks for the response.

I have sent two emails to Minelab (1) requesting to purchase a manual and later (2) to learn of a dealer who would have a manual for sale. Minelab replied with what I already knew... that I could download a manual from the internet. I already have a downloaded version and his would have been the perfect solution if I did not want to have a hard copy of an original manual.

I found that KellyCo has one listed on their website but does not have one for sale.

I'm still looking for one!
 
Dont You have a printer?You can go to our metal detecting forum, the first ad is for manuals of all sorts .
I read it, went to the site ,found minelab and there was your manual.All you have to do is download it ,then print it out.Voila you have your manual.

Yes, I have a printer and I'm sorry to say that I had to print a copy of the manual myself.

While the printed copy reads every bit as good as a new factory manual... it sure would have been nice to have a factory printed manual to go with my Sovereign GT.

I'm still in the market for one if anyone has one for sale or knows where I can purchase one for a reasonable cost.

i went to my local print shop and paid them 5 dollars to download a copy of manual that was available online...

5 dollars got me a exact size copy...(bowflex for one i bought on craigslist) and laminated about 10 pages....

you could go this way...extra heavy paper for carrying with you....

and minelab also included a quick reference card...in the military we called this a QRG....you could get that printed as well...

if you have a thumb drive you could download at home and go to your local STAPLES or OFFICE DEPOT and have it printed there..

just a thought
