Bought brand new late-summer of 2010. Works perfect, has never had any issues, its a "good" one, got used quite a bit in freshwater only (on a straight shaft). A few things that some folks may not like, I painted the top of the coil white so I can see it in murked up water, much better than black, painted the yellow headphones flat black and removed the sticker off the rechargeable battery pack, which now has a pirates for hire sticker on it. Includes everything it came with new..., long/short lower rods, rechargeable bat, alkaline bat pack, coilcover, charger/adapter, manual, etc, in original box.
