General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

WTT X-terra 50 for Tesoro Tejon or Eldorado

I have an X-terra 50 that's in perfect shape. Was sent back to Minelab for a few minor things and works like new now. I just don't use it because I have an X-terra 705 and an X-terra 70. I would love to add a Tesoro back to the lineup. The catch is, unless you're a well known user of this forum it will need to be done through an intermediary (MD dealer, for instance) that will judge if both machines are working properly before mailing onto new respective homes. I, of course will handle the extra postage to get it done this way. I've been burned a few times and to me this is the safest way for both of us to get what we need. I have a excellent shape Cortes that I would swap for your X-Terra 70 or 705, dont like the 50's. My Cortes is at the Tesoro factory right now getting tuned up for Spring and tuned to accomodate both the 9x8 and 4 inch coil that is included if you are interested in a trade. It should be home to me by Friday or Monday, depend on how the weather is for travel. Anyhow just thought I would throw this out for you. There are photos of the Cortes on a post from a few weeks ago WTT Cortes for Minelab, check em out and shoot me an email.
 
A Vaquero would work too. If you've wanted to try an X-terra, here's a perfect opportunity as this one is working just great.
