X-Terra 50 find today

I got out for a little digging today with my buddy and found this neckless within about 15 minutes of detecting.
It was a little tough hunting today as we had about two inches of snow and the ground was frozen in most areas,
but since this may be the last chance to get out this year, we decided to bite the bullet and give it our best try.
The neckless is 21.5" long and is only missing the loop that attaches to the clasp... cheap fix.
Besides the neckless, we found 67 quarters, some dimes, pennies, and nickels, and my buddy found a presidential dollar coin... not a bad hunt after all.
Then we went and got a hot pizza and cold beer and celebrated!!
Thanks for looking,
Felix

Nice recovery Felix. Good lookin' necklace. Glad to hear you were able to get out and brave the elements. And it sounds like you found enough quarters to pay for the lunch! Can't beat that. HH Randy

Well done guys. Congratulation. We're too covered in snow and ice here around Louisville KY right now to do anything but am waiting for some warm weather to change that.

I found a chain almost like yours last summer and was stamped .925 but after looking at the wear marks, I could see it was copper that had been silver plated. I filed it with a file to be sure and it was solid copper. Who ever lost it got ripped off.

What a bummer Steve... mine looks like it is solid silver, but you have me wondering.
I'll take it to the jewelers this afternoon to have it checked out and let you know.

Very nice Felix and congrats. Going through with drawl here in mid west MI. and the first day of winter isn't even here yet.

Thanks for sharing,
Moose

Congrats on the very nice find! I thought it was gold from the color/ Then saw the 925. I still like it, Beale.
