X Terra 705 - Zero Discrimination Pattern

I was studying Digger's "Understanding Your X Terra" and he mentions that he likes/prefers to hunt in a "zero discrimination pattern, with all notches set to accept" I assume that this is accompolished by modifying one of the 4 factory coin hunting patterns, and if so does it matter which one?

It doesn't matter which one. Modify any of them. I usually modify pattern #2 because factory settings on this pattern apparently eliminate gold like my wedding ring, plus its the next one down the list.
If you don't like the mod you can do a factory reset and it will return to its original settings.
