X-terra 705

Just sold my Garrett EURO ACE 350. Now Im moving up to a Minelab X-Terra 705.But what coil should I go for?.My brother recommend the concentric 7,5khz
9 inch coil. I live in Sweden and where I live its not to much mineralisation. Was thinking about the DD 7,5 khz,but I dont know,some say its heavier and
have less depth.

Well I would be very happy for some advice.

If you have good soil I would stick with the stock coil. I have good soil and I have dug deeper civil war bullets with my 18.75 9inch coil than I have with my 10.5 7.5 khz coil in the same spot. I have the stock coil the 9 inch 18.75, 6 inch dd and the 10.5 7.5 dd. The 10.5 coil is alot heavier . The 705 is a really good machine and all coils are good in the right soil and areas. No I dont think so! Getting the permission from lansstyrelsen for searching areas like small beaches and recreation ground is not tough to get.
I am not that kind of a person to walk on "fornminnen"ancient monument , cus I know what could happen.I take this serious becuse I think its a great hobby.
Cant wait to get the detector to Gotland though.....just kidding.

Also I hope they ease the laws.I will then take the licens for sure.Hopefully we amateur can help archaeologist or have a good relation,like in Denmark.Thats a dream.
Today Im sending in a permission for an old park.Its Ok by landowner!! So hopefully the county administrative board give me the wanted and needed pass.
