X50 with 6"DD coil is hot, dug a rotten zinc penny at 10" today!

Also using all metal mode and digging stuff that comes up at +3 ,finding small jewelry others have missed, but you can only do this in certain places or it will drive you crazy digging foil.

You are absolutely correct Frank. You definitely have to pick and chose the places to dig those low numbers. But digging them will turn up some very nice items that have been overlooked by others. I don't have the patience I use to have. And as such, I don't dig nearly as many of the low numbers (or non-coin numbers) as I probably should. Especially in the local pull-tab park. But when I am hunting private yards, I dig all the consistent + readings. I pulled another small gold ring out of the neighbors yard just a short time back. On the X-70, all metal, four tones and the 6-inch DD, it read a solid 6 from every direction. Kind of funny deal..... this was the third small ring that I pulled out from under that same bush. HH Randy

The 6" DD is truly hot, the best small coil I have used on any detector.

Its capable of amazing depth.......but you have to experience it to believe it....

I needed to and have a hard time teling others about it, I dont dare....
