[size=medium]i was told once it was discontinued because it was the last non-production line machine whites made. don't know if that's true or not. it did enjoy a very long run. from 1993-2010. i was fortunate to get mine in May of 2010. just before they stopped making them. most owners don't like to let them go. they are still repaired and one of the best machines made.
