Long story short, I have gotten into another hobby (archery) and am going to dedicate my time in training for tournament season this coming year. I placed 2nd in the TN State championship and finished 19th overall in the World Classic shoot this past weekend so I've got a taste of it bad lol

Anyway that means all my detector stuff is gonna go. Most has already been picked over by my local buddies.

I have a like new XP Deus for sale. Has the remote, headphones, carry case, remote cover, charging cables, 9" coil and cover. Also have original box and manual. Asking $1,150 plus $25 shipping. Detector is in A condition. Really nice.
.awesome in iron. PayPal gift or 3% added.

Also have a like new Garrett ProPointer with holster. Asking $85 for it shipped.

PM or email me if interested. No trades...totally getting out of detecting.

Thanks guys for the well wishes. Archery is probably the most expensive hobby I've been in, as far as upfront costs go. It's not bad once everything has been bought though.

The ProPointer is sold pending payment...I went in order of who sent a message about it first....and there were a bunch of you wanting it.

Deus is still available.

Compounds aren't recognized in the Olympics for the gold...but the bigger shoots I will be attending do offer great payouts. You might only win $300 for the actual tournament, but the contingency programs are where you rack up the money. With the detecting stuff I've sold, I am putting myself in prime position for those programs....the bow company I have chosen, pays $1,000 for every 1st place win in the big ASA Pro/Ams like what I will be shooting in. So that would be around $300 for the tournament...then $1,000 on top of that for winning with the bow I will be shooting...and there are others just like that for the arrows I will be shooting, release aid I will be shooting, etc. Probably wont make a living at it, but by golly it is something my wife and I really enjoy doing and can potentially pay out big for vacations or just paying off bills, etc. My chances at winning those are a lot better than ever going out and digging something worth that same dollar amount.

At any rate, the Deus and the pinpointer are sold and paid for. Thanks Findmall....see ya'll down the road and maybe....just maybe...you'll be flipping through the channels this summer and spot a familiar face on the Outdoor Channel lol
