Has anyone used their 705 on the wet salt sand? I know every beach is different but just wondering what your settings are? Did you GB in all metal or the prospecting mode? How far back did you have to cut the sens? I mainly use my Excal on the wet salt sand but have thought about giving the 705 a try just to see what it will do. Thanks and HH.

XT 705 in wet salt sand

Down here in Aus. I let the machine GB constantly- I use Tracking On, Coin & Treasure, Beach mode, Sens as high as possible without too much falsing (usually around 20-22 in the wet stuff)
I use coin mode instead of prospecting because I like to Disc out foil and rusty iron...but you can also keep switching between the 2 when you check your targets if you prefer Prosp. mode.
