Had a new roof put on my house, folks did a fine job=but wanted to get alla the nails and trash picked up;-- Soooo got my 10 yr old grandson, had a fine MINT 1212X detector i just got from an old lady, showed youngster how to make it work, and shortly thereafter he had near a half bucket of nails and misc that the contractor had missed with his roll around (huge) magnet, little fella was real proud of his DETECTING and the $2.00 i gave him, so we went shopping and spent another $20.00, one happy kid, and my yards pretty darn clean, and the Old 1212 Is a good detector, finds coin real well too.
