yardsale coin???

Closest I can find, this one has IV not IX, and I assume yours is copper, so maybe a fake, but who knows, I haven't looked into it much.

I've seen this coin posted before somewhere. I don't know if it was this one or not, but looks the same.
I don't know ancient coins at all, so can't tell you if it real or fake.
I would take it to a trustworthy coin dealer and ask them.
Seeing it hand is much better than by pictures.
With all that said what looks like you have is a "Mark Antony Legionary Denarius"
Hope it's real....
