I'm serving Gator steaks, fresh off the grill!!! Fresh Gator meat, imported from Florida (Jacksonville, FL., to be exact)! The Gators had only a very brief layover in Atlanta, Ga., to be put out of their misery and filleted up; so it's fresh as can be! As a side dish, I'm serving fresh CROW for all the snotty Gator fans who let their mouths overload them this past week. Yes, we do have a few Gator fans in this area (unbelievable). Well, actually, most of them are really Auburn fans who pull for whoever Bama is playing. Anyway, you know what??? Those Gators didn't even put up much of a fight! Just kind of rolled over and let our boys scratch their bellies and went to sleep. The few times they tried to latch onto Ingram and company, they were usually drug down the field a few yards before bringing them down. Yep, we tamed the Gators! They were out coached, out played, out "fanned"........ and the best team won. Glad we finally got to prove it and have pulled the Gators teeth. Chomp, Chomp, Chomp, ain't too scary or convincing when it's coming from a toothless Gator!
Now, THAT, was the Crimson Tide that I know!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not the pitiful excuse of a team that almost let Auburn whoop up on'em. I was nervous about the game but believed Bama could do it! I've said all year that Florida and Tebow were waaaaaaaay, waaaaaaaaay, overated... and that's an understatement. We didn't have too much trouble shuttin'em down and shuttin'em up. They just hadn't been up against a team of our caliber until today, and we showed them how it's done... Crimson style.
"Superman" (Tebow) wasn't even able to get his cape out today, much less get it put on, cause the Tide was busy settin him down. In all honesty, even though I don't like him, Tebow IS an awesome player. However, he has been waaaaaay over rated.
Can we beat Texas for the National Championship??? I don't know. Guess we'll see. I try not to talk too much smack before a game... I wait and do it after... when the score does most of the talking. ;-)
