Shame on you should be banned from metal detecting!
 
Wow! Do they still work? I wish somebody would send me something like that. I'd love to find one in that condition to try to get it back to original. If you run up on another butchered detector like that (preferable non working or very rough working) would you please message me? I can't afford to but new stuff but I love repairing junk and putting it back to original (or as close as possible ) thank you
