Next time you make it, leave the juice of the yams in the recipe. I forgot that we modified it slightly. And that was leaving the juice of the yams with it.
That makes for a better sauce for the yams to soak in.

Sorry about that!

And glad you liked them, they are very tasty. We'll be knoshing on our tomorrow!
