Inside diameter of barrel 47mm approximately 1 7/8 of an inch barrel overall length outside 42 have wheels but it keeps coming up file to large all hardware nuts bolts everything looks good and seems to all be there also have more pictures
Very interesting find!!!
Can’t give much information on it, but looks like a ship cannon in my opinion.
Look at the end of the muzzle to see if there is any information.
It has all the wheels and carriage. It was horse drawn. All parts look hand made to include the square nuts and bolts.

Photo files can only be up to 420 mb in size… if larger they will not load…That is probably why you are getting that message.
 
It would be interesting to have more of the backstory….
Curious why you are posting on a metal detecting forum, seems more prudent to have someone from a historical society or military historian help you with this. On the other hand I guess a cannon could be detected but only if iron was not discriminated out 🤔
One heck of an interesting find tho!
