Gray Ghost?😉

There is SO MUCH energy that has been absorbed into that location before and after the Civil War. Numerous accounts of paranormal activity reported by “average Joe’s” and those who purposely try to “catch” it on recording or video . I personally on three occasions have experienced paranormal activity. Cannon fire, Musket Fire, military commands voiced to the troops, and the Rebel Yell. Be skeptical all you want, I am for the most part, and a lot of things can be rationally explained, but not all can. I belong to a Paranormal team, the biggest skeptic on the team, my wife is a Psychic Medium, and I will tell ya folks….there is some wild things out and about. Draco, there are other interesting and intriguing videos like this out there, I hadn’t seen that one, thanks for sharing.

If I’d a seen that in person, trust me, a blur is all you would of seen of me going the other way……..

For all those who have never gone to Gettysburg, outside of the Paranormal perspective, you need to have it on your bucket list as a MUST.
PA right ?
Lived near here. That place was wild.
Sad we can't detect there.

Bummer that in National Parks so much history is being left and not brought forth to be shared with the public. Would me nice to work side by side with Archeologist to recover those artifacts. Joining "forces" on that type of collaboration would be a splendid experience. From the article about Chickamauga, appears the same paranormal experiences occur there as well, which makes perfect sense. Yes - Gettysburg Pa, did you live near there or Chickamauga Odanscoils?

I lived in Lafayette Georgia.
About 30 miles south of there on highway 27.
Used to go up every weekend in the summer.

Bigga Bummer.
Their they'll not only take All your detector stuff.
They'll take your car. And try to take any properties with stuff from any Civil War battle site.
There's a number of private properties around the park with goods to find. Though many used those properties to sneak into the protected sites at night.
Where I read of a few of those horror stories of confication. In local papers.
Do know where your at on any of those nearby properties.
I hate we can't use drones over those parks.
Their explanation when I ask.
Is park goers want their privacy. LoL
Makes me wonder what's being hidden

Gettysburg is said to be one of the most haunted places in the United States. My brother and I visited Gettysburg National Battlefield Park back in the spring of 2012. While I didn't personally experience any paranormal activity, you could visit different points at the park where major actions took place such as Devils Den, the Wheatfield, the Railroad cut, and the site of Picketts Charge, and suddenly while standing there surrounded by the stillness and pristine beauty, you would be almost overwhelmed with emotion as if being slapped by a huge wave. We weren't out and about in the park at night which is when a lot of this paranormal activity seems to take place. There is a series of small books entitled the Ghosts of Gettysburg which is a great read it you enjoy reading about History and the paranormal. As before mentioned, these books tell of accounts given by visitors, some dignitaries, and park service personnel that give the same accounts in the very same areas of the park of paranormal action. Again, a good read. It gives you something to think about.

When you go.
Do a little research and find a nice hotel.
I found many of the little ones quite unsavory.
Overnight bar hopping crap. With those who like their prey drunk and or distracted.
Can be a little strange in Chattanooga.
Like any city you don't really know actually.
I have family down there. Which makes it pretty safe for me. Except in the bars up in the mountains.
Having spent the majority of my life up north.
Let's just say they can spot a yank in the next holer.

It will. I sort of feel your frustration. I'm 66 years old and am a native Georgian, being born and have lived in Georgia all my life. The town we live in was once a sleepy little Southern town, Covington, Georgia. Not anymore. Now it seems that some have deemed Covington as the "Hollywood of the South", as if this is something to be proud of. I wouldn't want to call my home or consider my home town affiliated in any way with anything related to California. Our once small hometown is changing. And not for the better. Crime is way up. Violent Crime. Traffic is terrible, and apartments going up left and right from one end of the county to the other. Now comes the Georgia Governors Election in November. Stacy Abrams is running against Governor Kemp. Stacy Abrams is just about the worst of the worst. She is all for not only ruining Georgia, but the South overall. She is blinded by Hateful Spite. A Most dangerous political figure. She wants Georgia to become a sanctuary state. While we have been throwing the idea of moving around, the Georgias governors race will decide for us what we need to do. Stay in Georgia or leave her. If we leave Georgia, we are looking hard at South Carolina. While our situations are somewhat different, they are close in that it is sometimes a helpless feeling as what to do. I pray for guidance daily for signs that will show us what direction to take and help us in making a sound decision. I guess we will know more here one way or the other as far as staying in Georgia or leaving her in November. We just need to keep faithful and pray daily. It will all come about according to the Good Lords plan for us all.
