Looks like IICV across the top left. I'm not good at coin ID but a member by the name of Mackaydon is amazing. Not sure if he's on this forum, the name doesn't show up in the search, but he is on TreasureNet.
Also, sometimes it's possible to extract more detail using filters. Not sure if you can use existing photo or need to take more pics using camera filters, but worth a shot.

Since most of the detail is gone, its probably not worth much. Id take a piece of aluminum foil and rub it across the coin. Maybe you can get some relief to show up.
