I had a day off work & went relic hunting. I found these today. Five of them are Prussians. One big chunk of lead for sure.

Now I am curious, we assume Civil war but what cal. and what gun?
Nice finds by the way!
They dont get any more civil war lol. Those .69" are for smooth bore conversions. They rifled old smooth bore muskets. These are from the Gettysburg campaign so it was at the very end of those guns use. By the end of 1863 they were replaced with .58" Springfield rifled muskets. Thanks

Soo how you getting along ?
I'm doing good, Odanscoils. We just have a lot going on, like other folks. It has really been a busy year for us. We are expecting our first Grandchild, (Master Matthew), in July. Our son who turns 44 in June is finally getting married shortly before his birthday. We didn't think he'd ever marry, but good things come to those who wait. He is marrying a beautiful young lady who was originally from Serbia. How about you Odan? How are things going for you and your wife? I hope things are going well for you both. Prayers still being said. I ask if you will, to say a prayer or two for us. Sometimes life can feel a bit overwhelming, like an overly busy airport with way too few air traffic controllers. All we can do is our best and pray to the Good Lord for guidance. You take care, and God's Speed.
