    CTX vs ATX

    I own a few Garrett metal detectors and a few Minelabs. My go - to detector is the CTX 3030 for everyday/weekend beach or park hunts. Is there any reason that we as owners of the CTX would want to look into the ATX? Just curious what everyone thinks... CTX vs. ATX

    Beach Coil Size

    I am heading up to North Florida / Gulf of Mexico beaches and will be taking the CTX 3030 and usually take the 6" coil with me. This time I am thinking about the using the 17" coil for beach hunting... Only fear is I may be digging deeper trash. Any suggestions?
