    The way I hunted today...........

I turned the disc to right below zincs, notched in nickels, JE, 2F, and sens. at 85. 6 Wheaties, 1 silver dime, and a 3 ringer. A lot less noise and I think because it recovers so fast, I don't seem to be loosing that much depth. This was also a place that had been hunted before...by me with an...

I just wanted to make a quick post about an F-75 find....

I was at a park yesterday and was hunting with my F-75 in JE at about 80 (chirping a little), disc. to knock out iron, 15 I believe, and 1 tone. I was sweeping at a comfortable speed and got a little blip that sounded pretty good. You have to watch the meter pretty close with this setup. I...

I don't care what anyone says.............

the F-75 is a detector to be reckoned with! I took it out yesterday to an old yard I have hit many times with other detectors and bam, bam found two Indians in about 10 minutes! Multiple objects will sound like a machine gun it recovers so fast. I also noticed you might want to check the one...

    Notch is a little Fuzzy..........

Can someone explain how to notch out different areas on the F-75??? I understand notch, but how do you pick the ares to notch and select. Do you have to do one area at a time or can you notch more than one range at a time??? When I scroll to notch it is on 1. Is it off or on and how do you...

OK guys and gals...I was out with my Compadre yesterday...........

in a real trashy, old yard. I ran the disc. up to zn. pennies and was digging old nail after nail with two way signals!!! Why in the world was that??? With the nail on the ground, it would knock it out fine. Two way, good sounding signals. Thanks.

Can you add a remote switch to a GT and still be able to use the original switch too???

I'm going to add a PP switch and want to know how to hook up the wiring. It seems if you wired to the original switch, it would cause a problem when you switched to another mode. Can some one give some advice???? Thanks. Chris

I wanted to post a little test I did....

Some of you know and have done this, but I did it again to confirm. I placed a quarter on the ground with a large rusted old nail across the center of it. I tested 4 detectors...GT, SE, Tejon and Vaq. The V had trouble seeing the quarter. Probably would not dig it's signal. The Tejon saw...

Why didn't you guys tell me...

that the Cibola kicks butt! I went to a yard that I have hunted hard with a SE, GT and C$. I found 2 wheaties and a number of recent clads in the 4-5 inch range with junk in the hole with them. I dug one wheat that had a 16P nail and some type of hinge bolt a little beneath it in the hole...

Does it hurt anything to cut off about two miles of coil wire from the coil???

I don't hip mount and changing coils is a hassle.
