    Found these artifacts in my daughter’s front yard today just messing around. There was a farm house there till the 50s from late 1800s according to old maps. Also found a 1967 dime mixed in. The badge looking thing I can’t read the top word Berrcoh?? Special. May be more modern then reins guide...

    No doesn’t have any sign previously been detected. Very private land couple hundred acres. Doing research think this was land owned by Alexander H Stephen’s grandfather also name Alexander who originally was from Scotland then to Pennsylvania mid 1700s then to Georgia after War. May be why...

    Yes but I’m perplexed not complaining love old buttons cause these put site at early mid 1800s just strange on no other kinds of artifacts yet. All the buttons are in a small area further I go out not getting any signals. But still lots of average to go over. May have to wait till fall/winter...

    Five flat buttons 2 bale seals in same area as last weeks buttons. Heat then rain only allowed about hour and half hunt. Still no silver coins or eating utensils but it’s got to be there.

    Going back Monday to continue the hunt. I found all 7 buttons in probably a 20 yard by 20 yard area on the flat area on the ridge above the gullies and spring. No other artifacts which was strange no coins or buckles. Gonna start making my way uphill towards the old well 200 yards away...

    This well is at a different homesite about 150 yards away. I have found mid late 1800 s artifacts and a 1909 wheat and 1905 barber dime. Can anyone guess well era looks older than 1900

    Not yet some chimney size rocks spread about. Beautiful spot on ridge flat spot above small year round spring. Found square nails and many iron signals I’ll dig later.
