    The D1 had that nice feature of VID #s averaging depending on what freq you were in. Forgot what that was exactly called.     Wading with Deus II

    I just used mine in the fresh water lake for the first time. Used the gray plug with no issues at all. Gray is only good for down to 1 meter depth use only. Gray plug good to use down to 3 feet only not 3 meters.

    You know Im wondering if the lower IAR #s, like 1-3 is really the same or close to a notch setting of 0-8. 4-5 IAR might be the same as setting 9-10 on notch.
