    etrex accuracy

    Hello Andrew; when my plain etrex model tells me that the accuracy is, let's say 10 feet; does that mean a 10' radius from the target or the target will be within a 10' diameter circle when the etrex says 0.00 feet, which means that I'm supposedly right on the target. Hope you're not confused by...

    Letter 'D' on a basic Etrex unit

    While the unit is acquiring satellites, sometimes the letter 'D' appears next to some of the acquisition bars. Just what is the signifigance of the letters? Perhaps I missed that in the manual because I couldn't find anything about it there. Thanks for your help. Jim
