    Ok,who can explain to me why rocks work to the surface over time while coins settle deeper.Also do they settle faster in the north where there is more freezing and thawing.I have also heard a lot of people say that the frost brings coins up instead of deeper.Just curios what everyones opinions...

    odd reading on nickle

    found a jefferson nickle this morning 1945 but it reads 7-23 on my screen.all my other nickles read 10-6 or close to it.anyone ever have one read like that before.thx jon

    which coil is best

    im still looking for input on which way to go with new coil purchase.can anyone tell me how much more depth you get with the 12 or 14 inch minelab coil,the sunray coil and the wot coil...also are the tones the same on the aftermarket coils...any help would be appreciated...jt

    just upgraded from the xs to the explorer 2,now am considering a larger coil as i am getting a lot of deep weak signals.would like to get some extra depth.Am i better off with sunray,wot or explorer coil and what size.How much added depth should i expect toget.Are the aftermarket coils...
