    Something to Ponder upon

I agree with You in believing there is a difference in the earliest models to hit the U.S. and later models The legend I have was one of the first in shipment to the U.S. Had a Cousin who bought Her legend about a year later and after We both had updated to the latest update (11) Her machine...

Nokta Legend lightweight kit (and LG30 coil)

Hey Del Only place I’ve saw the kit for sale is High Plains detectors around $160.00… I don’t think Richard has gotten any of the “original owner coil/carbon handle packages” yet… they were supposed to be available to the original legend owners if You bought the lg30 coil You got the carbon...

Appreciate the info Guys .. I only get to the beach couple times a year.. it can be hard to get a program dialed in with limited time...having a good tweaked program for the hunting conditions makes it lots more fun..joe

XP Deus 2 coils 11 inch or 13 inch preferred

The 9” coil is a keeper its so impressive.. Fellow I know had mentioned to Me awhile back He didn’t see a big difference in depth between 9 and 11 inch on beach.. was leaning towards a 11” if it was some deeper on depth than the 9”.. the 13” would seem to be really nose heavy to swing any amount...

    Don't care for 1.11

When the Fisher CZ was popular there was a baseline test using certain settings and a dime to see if certain depth was obtained if the CZ wouldn’t hit that dime it was considered flawed.. be good to see a baseline test of some sort used on these newer models might get some interesting results..

Loving the Deus 2 on the Beach!

I get to the beach about twice a year last September using the D2 dug a nickel at 14 inches deep with 9 inch coil..solid soft tone..I was really impressed with a 9 inch coil sounding that good on a 14 inch nickle..
