    Smart move. Have to be comfortable with your machine. After a while you just glide to finds and smile. Happy hunting.

    Keep it. Just be creative where you detect. Remember Always check the fringes and edges of property you are digging. Also make sure your detector is completely recharged.     9.5 x 6" coil SX 24. Not available in the states yet except on the new Simplex Lite detector. Guessing a couple of months. it should be made available .

    The Quest X-Pointer 2 is also rechargeable. It has a clear and loud signal. I've heard the XP MI-4 isn't very loud, especially if there is any road or surf noise to deal with.

    Alot of playgrounds are using that rubberized matting instead of sand or bark for their playground pits. Insurance is the main reason I hear.

    Nox 700 charger

    I would get a little better charger to be safe. It does however have the 2.0A and 5.volt markings. They're pretty cheap on Amazon and e-bay. Great job on the E-bay bid on your Equinox 700. I love mine. All the corrections that should have been made to the Equinox 600, and lighter to boot.
