    Question about something I found at the beach

    Dug a big crucefix today at the beach at 12-15 But to look at the thing it looks like it might be stainless steel But my understanding is if that were true it would read like a quarter There are no markings on it What kinds of metals would read that low I really don't think it's white gold...

    I'm thinking of taking my CTX to hawaii. Do you think Waikiki would be a productive area? Is there any laws against metal detecting? Is it safe becuase if I go due to crowds I could prob only do it right at sunrise ?

    Ocean city Maryland or Virgina Beach this July help me decide

    Allot of my freinds are telling me to go to Maryland becuase it's more uppity. I'm thinking if Va beach is less uppity it perhaps means more careless with their valuables.     I don't have my CTX with me but I'm thinking 12 inches? And I was wondering if you get a target that is 14 inches will it say 12?

    Switching back from the CTX to the Excal

    I'm switching back from the CTX to the excal before my warranty period ends. For a variety of reasons not being able to see the screen in the day, durability, the endless tinkering, the underwater drag. My question is how much depth do you think I will loose?
