    Help with a good shovel

My mistake. The plastic handle extends down and with it's lightweight feel gave me the impression of plastic.

    Help with a good shovel

I have the root slayer as well. Price was right. As long as it's the smaller head version it should work ok. The shaft and handle are plastic so people need to take that into account.

    V 1.13

Updated to 1.13 just now. I haven't been out to test this new firmware, but as far as the Bluetooth sound issues I was having with my particular earbuds, the Soundpeats Air3 Deluxe HS, the problem still exists. The detector was purchased earlier this year and came preloaded with 1.11. For the...

    V 1.13

Thanks for the information about the update. I purchased low latency buds (Soundpeats air3 deluxe HS) and although they connected, sometimes, the sound volume is next to nothing. Sound was only coming through to the left ear bud as well. I will try this update soon. I hope it solves the...

Dont set your tone break too high!

I'm not looking to dig deep in this hard and dry summer dirt. A few inches is good enough right now. I can still get around 5 inches in my dirt with a relatively fast swing with it set to 10.

Dont set your tone break too high!

Coming from a Vaquero, I am used to listening to the audio and digging a little more than I should and am treating this Legend in a similar fashion.

Dont set your tone break too high!

I will only use that low of a tone break for that park to try and pick out what others might have missed. Gold can come in anywhere from 7 all the way up from what I'm reading.

Dont set your tone break too high!

Went out last week and thought I'd hit up an old park in my area dating back to the late 1800s. I'm sure this park has been hunted to death as I didn't find much except tons of can slaw, some zincs, and a few coppers. I worked an area where the had done some work to more the old stone...

    Legend park hunt

Took the legend to my local park. Park mode, M1, IF 2 stability 3, BC 1 Plated ring, tungsten band, and about $3.60 in clad.

    Ya know that feeling

Nice. I'm assuming that rang up an 11? Kind of low for silver. What do you think it is?

    Had some fun tonight

Nice. Do you mind sharing your settings? I'm learning my legend and it seems chatty on M1/M2.
