Was there a year when the cent was not made?
Is there a year when the US mint did not make the cent coin? Seems there was no quarter in 1931. But how about the penny. And why. Thanks.- towzilla

Fisher F5 depth issues
Have been using my new f-5 for two months now. While finding lots of newer clad coin at a depth of 3-4 inches I have not found anything any deeper. I am in virgin ground looking.
