    Are your old spots like new again

    With the deep frost we had in the northeast are you finding that you old spots will have new life? I know in my area our frost line was about 30 inches, so I'm hoping targets moved around and maybe even lifted up some new treasures to dif this year. I think this will be the case in a lot of spots.

    My buddy and I hit a park we venture to once in a while over that last year. We have had a lot of good outings here with finding silver and wheats.     Lately I've been noticing more good sounding signals coming in at 11-38 to 11-44 and sometimes they are pieces of rusty nails etc. BUT, I've been digging more coins that are showing up as 11 range and of course 12s too.     Tried 50 tone FC today!

    I'm still playing with programs and learning the machine as I go. I figured I'd add a few new programs on my CTX and try them. To say the least, this machine is awesome, and I found a rather rare coin this morning too! I couldn't believe it, when I saw it. And it is in incredible condition also...

    Out of the box..noise

    Just got my CTX Weds evening...read the guide and put it together, charged batteries..now just turned it on to start playing... It has a steady hum to it, Is this normal and will I hear this all the time? Or is that a ground balance issue?
