Need ID help on these finds....

I found some of these a few years ago and found another one yesterday at the same location.
I think I posted them before, but can't recall if anyone told me what they were.
Basically they are hollow, but have some residue in them.
I do not see any rifling marks on them at all.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Those are a bit unusual. They do not quite appear to be jacketed bullets. they look like they have a wasp waist on the open end. Is the material on the inside lead or some type of compacted substance? What is the diameter of them?

The diameter is 7/16” and the length is 7/8”.
Not lead inside and they are pretty light.
Appears to be copper on the outside.
It appears to be some type of white hard substance on the inside.
Maybe some sort if tracer round?

Odd. A tracer round uses phosphorus You could scrape out a small pile and see if it burns brightly with a white smoke out in the open. Any idea of the location's history?

I was thinking about trying that…
The one I found yesterday came from a park that was an old golf course from 1938.
I am pretty sure I found the other ones there too.
I am wondering if being in the ground has ruined the phosphorous if that is what it is?
